Israel-based Sheba Medical Center has launched its first U.S.-based accelerator program through its ARC Innovation Center, in partnership with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
The ARC Boston Soft-Landing Pad will begin next March and run for six months. The program aims to support local and international health tech startups with regulatory guidance, clinical validation, investment support and access to academic and professional networks. Startups will also receive non-dilutive grants for pilot projects within Massachusetts.
The program builds on Sheba’s ARC Innovation Center, which was founded in 2019 and now supports more than 120 startups globally. ARC’s portfolio includes companies such as Aidoc, which serves over 1,400 hospitals, and Belkin Vision, which was acquired by Alcon. Collectively, ARC startups have raised over $1 billion in funding and the program reports a $5.8 billion portfolio value, with two major exits totaling $800 million in 2024.
Applications for the ARC Boston accelerator are open through Nov. 1, 2025. Selected applicants will be invited for interviews by the end of November, and the inaugural cohort is set to begin in March 2026.
