Qualtrics to buy Press Ganey for $6.7B: Report | Health IT

By October 6, 2025No Comments

AI-powered customer service company Qualtrics had agreed to acquire healthcare market research firm Press Ganey for $6.7 billion, the Financial Times reported Oct. 6.

Press Ganey, which is currently owned by investor Ares Management and private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners, conducts surveys on behalf of its over 41,000 clients, which include hospitals, health systems and payers.

The deal would give Qualtrics, which deploys AI for such uses as ordering food online and rescheduling hotel stays and flights, a foothold in healthcare alongside other tech players such as Oracle and Palantir, the Times reported. Press Ganey’s owners would be paid via a combination of cash and privately held Qualtrics stock, with 11 banks and private capital firms providing debt financing.
