Kettering Health said in a May 20 update on its website that it is experiencing a cybersecurity incident.
The incident, according to the health system, was due to unauthorized access to its network.
Kettering Health said it is actively investigating the incident.
As a result, elective inpatient and outpatient procedures scheduled for May 20 have been canceled, and the health system’s call center is experiencing an outage. The emergency rooms and clinics remain open and are continuing to see patients.
