Harami Hernandez

Harami Hernandez, MS OTR/L. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic; a proud immigrant who understands and values the
opportunity of an education. Harami, attended Florida International University in Miami, FL where she earned her bachelors degree in
Psychology, and a minor in Accounting.

After graduation, she workers for several corporate accounting firms. After four years of practice in
he financial accounting industry and given her humanitarian approach and perspective to life, Harami realized her call was to help
people more closely and decided to go back to school to further her education and start the role of a clinician Harami earned her masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. and is currently a licensed and registered occupational therapist in the state of Florida and Washington DC.

To date Harami boasts 6 years of experience, specializing in the complex rehabilitation of burn and trauma victims. Her belief is that having both a business and healthcare background make her an ideal candidate for a role as a healthcare executive. Harami currently pursuing a terminal degree of Healthcare Administration at Central Michigan University. Her hopes are to be a positive catalyst for change within the healthcare system, primarily healthcare policies and laws.
